This easy homemade French onion soup is awesome. The taste of caramelized onions with melty cheese and the beef stock makes it yummy. Very easy to make French onion soup serve with French baguette is a classic one. Ingredients 1/4 cup unsalted butter 5 or 6 medium-size onion sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/3 cup dry white wine 6 cups beef stock 4 sprigs fresh thyme 2 bay leaves 2 teaspoons white vinegar Salt, black pepper to taste French baguette slices 1 cup shredded Cheese Cooking Directions Melt butter in a large stockpot over medium heat. Once it melted add sliced onions stir it until it becomes deep golden brown and caramelized. Add garlic once the onion caramelized. Then add wine, beef stock, thyme, and bay leaves and stir it again. Ingredients For the Fish: 50 grams all-purpose flour 50 grams cornstarch 1 teaspoon baking powder Salt as required 1 pinch black pepper 1/3 cup water 4-5 fish fillets (thick, white fish) For the Chips: 3 Medium Size potatoes (peeled) Oil for Frying Preparation In a large bowl, mix half a portion of all-purpose flour with the cornstarch and baking powder. This Chinese spring roll appetizer stuffed with vegetables is easier to prepare. This delicate but filling appetizer has its origins in the annual Chinese Spring Festival. The first spring rolls featured fresh vegetables from the harvest.
