It is a traditional Southern Thai dry spicy red curry. It can make sliced pork, sliced beef or chicken, or mushrooms or. Season it with brown sugar and serve with rice. Potato - Cauliflower Salad is easy to make. Fresh bite to this creamy salad is yummy and best to eat. Ingredients 500 g potato 500 g Cauliflower 1 Medium size Red Onion, slice it in thin pcs 3 shallots, finely chopped 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar Salt and grounded pepper handful parsley leaves, chopped Preparation Boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes until just cooked, drain and let it cool. Chop the cauliflower into small florets and let it also cook in salted water for 5 minutes until cooked. Cut the potatoes into chunks and put them in a salad bowl along with the cooked cauliflower florets, onion, and shallot. Add enough extra-virgin olive oil, vinegar, and salt and mix it well. Put parsley leaves and pepper, mix together well and refrigerate until chilled.

Ingredients 1 kg skinless chicken cubed 1 tablespoon sake (is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting rice) 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon ginger, grated 1 clove garlic, minced 1 egg, beaten ⅓ cup potato starch(40 g) cooking oil, for frying Preparation In a large bowl, mix the chicken, sake, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. This is a general omelette recipe I do in the home. Ingredients 4 eggs 1 Big onion 1 Green chilly Cheese Pinch of coriander leaves Salt, Pepper 2 tsp Olive oil Preparation Cut the Onion and Green chilly in small pcs. Put eggs in a bowl and beat it lightly with a fork until it forms foam. Add the onion, green chilly, ground pepper, and salt to taste. Mix it well. In a frying pan put the olive oil and let it become hot. Pour the prepared mixture of the egg. When the egg begins to set put some grated cheese. Wait for 2 to 3 minutes. Once cheese set well put some coriander leaves. The omelette is ready to serve.

This is a famous dish in Switzerland also the name of cheese of Switzerland. The cheese is either melted under a grill or in a pan and then served with potatoes, cornichons, pickled onions. it's traditionally made with Raclette cheese produced in the region. Ingredients 1 big Size potatoes Salt 1 small jar of cornichon, pickled small onions, etc. Vegetable oil 250 gm. raclette cheese Preparation Put the potatoes in a large pot and just cover them with cold water. Add a tablespoon of salt. Put them over high heat uncovered until the water boils. You can use a presser cooker also. Make it cook for 10 to 15 mints until it cooks well. When it’s ready drain the potatoes and put them in a bowl with water and allow it to coll. Prepare a plate with a boiled potato cut in half. Now melt the Cheese and pour it over the prepared potato. Add cornichons ( a small pickled cucumber) , pickled onions, and salt as required.

Ingredients 1 cup basmati rice 2 medium onion 1 handful of rosemary leaves/coriander leaves 2 tablespoon refined oil 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste 4 large tomato 3 medium green chilli 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 3 pinches salt 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste 2 pinches red chilli powder Preparation Wash and drain the basmati rice. Take a deep pan, put it on medium flame and pour water in it. Bring it to a boil, and then add the rice. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium flame till the rice becomes soft, do not over cook it. Now remove from fire and keep it aside.
